This buffalo chicken burrito with avocado is incredibly delicious and easy to make. A layer of beans, grilled chicken accompanied by buffalo sauce and rich slices of avocado that will make you lose your senses.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 4 flour tortillas for burritos
  • 1 cup of bean rehash
  • 1 cup of manchego cheese grated
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

Pepper the breasts on both sides.
In a grill pan, heat the oil and cook the breasts on both sides until they are cooked.
Cut into thin slices and mix with the buffalo sauce. Reservation.
Heat the flour tortillas and put some beans, strips of chicken, cheese and avocado.
Close the tortillas and enjoy.
