One of the richest, filling and economic breakfasts within the gastronomy of Mexico are the guajolotas cakes. Delicious roll stuffed with a green tamale, accompanied with a delicious Salsa Serrano Mestiza®.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 jar sauce, Serrano Cocina Mestiza®
  • 12 Mexican french bread rolls
  • 12 Tamales

Preparation

Cut the rolls horizontally and heat a little in the oven.
In a plastic bag heat the tamales in the microwave.
In a bowl calenter a little Serrano sauce mixed kitchen in the microwave.
Assemble the cakes with the tamale and a little Serrano sauce as a filling.

PRESENTATION

Serve the cakes on a tray.

TIPS

You can use Oaxacan tamal.
