Delicious chicharrón in green sauce for those who enjoy Mexican food, this is a very traditional dish at a Mexican table. It is simple and delicious. Prepare it, you will see that you will love it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 300 grams of pork rind
  • to taste of serrano pepper
  • 1 kilo of green tomato
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 branches of parsley
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 Cube of chicken bouillon
  • to taste of olive oil

    Preparation

    In a pot, cook the green tomato with the chiles, onion and garlic clove. Let boil for about 5 minutes.
    Uncover the chiles and remove the seeds.
    Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilies, parsley and avocado in the blender with a little cooking water. Blend until all the ingredients are integrated.
    Add a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan, heat over high heat, add the previous sauce and integrate well, low heat and let boil for 10 minutes.
    Add the chicharrón in pieces inside the sauce. Incorporate well and serve hot.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with tortillas and refried beans.
