These delicious Chicharrón Tostadas in Salsa Roja are the perfect entry for a delicious taquiza. Enjoy the delicious taste of pork rinds with a spicy red sauce, refried beans and a touch of avocado. You can also serve it as a snack, breaking the toast into quarters.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of tomato
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 pieces of guajillo chili pepper seedless and deveined
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper stemmed
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of oil
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup
  • 3 cups of pork rind in pieces
  • 12 pieces of Yellow corn Tostadas Charras® original flavor
  • 1 1/2 cups of refried beans
  • enough of avocado sliced, to decorate
  • enough of red onion filleted, to decorate
  • enough of serrano pepper sliced, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, chilies and cilantro for 20 minutes.
    Blend the vegetables until you get a sauce and cook in a pot with a little oil until it boils. Add the chicken stock and the pork rind, cook 10 minutes and remove from cooking.
    Spread each toast Charras® yellow original flavor with a little refried beans, add the pork rinds and decorate with avocado, purple onion and serrano pepper. Enjoy
