The chicken flutes or flutes are a very succred dish, rich and very versatile. You can decorate them with avocado, cream, tomato and your favorite sauce. They are ideal for spending time with family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 16 corn tortillas, soft
  • 2 cups chicken, shredding
  • 16 chopsticks
  • oils, to fry
  • 1/2 lettuce, chopped and disinfected
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup red sauce, or of your preference
  • 1 avocado, chopped

Preparation

Place some shredded chicken in each tortilla, roll and hold with the toothpick.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken flutes until golden and crispy.
Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
Serve the tacos with the lettuce, tomato, cream, salsa and avocado.

TIPS

You can make them in the oven preheated to 250 ° C for 40 minutes until they are crispy.
