Chicken Pizza with Mole

For mole lovers, we give you a super original recipe to eat it in a different way: delicious pizza made with puff pastry with mole almond ready to serve Doña María®, shredded chicken, cream, cheese, purple onion and corn.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredding
  • 1 piece of egg milkshake, to varnish
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame seed
  • 270 grams of Doña María® almond-shaped mole ready to serve
  • 1 Cup of chicken cooked and deshebrado
  • 1/4 of piece of purple Onion girl, filleted
  • 1/4 of Cup of a grain of corn White
  • 1/4 of Cup of a grain of corn yellow
  • 1 Cup of Asadero cheese grated
  • to taste of sour cream at your service
  • to taste of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    On a floured surface and with the help of a rolling pin, spread the puff pastry to 3 mm thick. It is about the size of a 30 cm diameter pizza pan.
    Place the Oaxaca cheese on the banks and wrap it with the dough, closing it with a little egg, to form the cheese edge. Barnízala with more egg and sprinkle with sesame.
    Place the pizza on the tray, chop the center with a fork to prevent it from rising and place waxed paper and a smaller tray in the center, without crushing the edge. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from the oven and place in the center the mole Doña María® almond ready to serve, chicken, onion, corn and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until the cheese gratine.
    Garnish with sour cream and fresh cilantro, cut into slices and serve.

    TIPS

    You can use any pizza dough for this recipe, in case you use puff pastry dough hornéala between two trays so that the layers do not grow and you have a crispy and thin crust. Make sure the dough is cold in the oven so it does not lose its shape.
