  • 1 kilo chilaca
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup corn, white shelled
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cups curd
  • 1 tablespoon epazote, finely chopped
  • tortillas

Preparation

Roast the chilacas until they are bold, then place them in a plastic bag and let them sweat for about 15 minutes.
