Cold garnish to accompany meats and seafood. Fresh stuffed chiles with a sweet-salty combination based on avocado and pomegranate. It is a delicious recipe, that you can cook in a very short time.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 ancho chili peppers
  • 2 avocados from Mexico
  • 1 cup pomegranate seed

Preparation

Roast 4 broad chiles and put them in a plastic bag to sweat for 5 minutes.
Peel the chiles.
In a bowl, mash two avocados and mix with a cup of pomegranate seeds.
Make an opening along each chili and fill one by one with the mixture of the container.
Serve cold as garnish for various meats.

PRESENTATION

It can be garnished with a parsley leaf.

TIPS

You can prepare them one night in advance.
