Preparation
Soybeans are hydrated in hot water.
The garlic and chilies are passed through the oil and soaked in the hot water.
The chili is liquefied with spices and salt (except oregano).
The soybean is squeezed and fried in the same oil in which the garlic and chilies were fried.
Leave on medium heat 10 minutes, taking care not to stick.
Add the sauce that was liquefied and leave 10 more minutes.
Finally the oregano is added.
