Ingredients

2 servings
  • 500 grams of soy dry-textured
  • 20 grams of ancho chili pepper dry
  • 30 pieces of garlic teeth
  • 2/3 of Cup of Apple vinager
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 5 pieces of clove
  • 1 Cup of Water hot
  • 2 spoonfuls of Salt

    Preparation

    Soybeans are hydrated in hot water.
    The garlic and chilies are passed through the oil and soaked in the hot water.
    The chili is liquefied with spices and salt (except oregano).
    The soybean is squeezed and fried in the same oil in which the garlic and chilies were fried.
    Leave on medium heat 10 minutes, taking care not to stick.
    Add the sauce that was liquefied and leave 10 more minutes.
    Finally the oregano is added.

    PRESENTATION

    Put two lemons on the side of the dish along with the sauce you like to accompany.

    TIPS

    Drain the soy well so that it gives more flavor to the stew.
