In a blender , mix the milk, flour, egg, sugar and salt.
Add butter to a hot pan.
Empty a tablespoon of the dough in the pan, move the pan so that the dough covers the entire surface. Once it begins to form bubbles, turn the crepe, remove it until it is golden brown. Repeat this step with the whole mass. Reserve the crepas wrapped in Servitoallas Pétalo®
In a saucepan, heat the oil and add the onion. Incorporates turkey breasts.
Add the zucchini, epazote, chicken broth and pepper. Reservation.
In a blender, grind the cream and chile poblano. Heat this sauce.
Fill the crepes of the mixture prepared above and pour the sauce.
