Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 jar mass, Red Almendrado de Mestiza® Kitchen
  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 plantain, mature
  • 18 corn tortillas
  • oils, necessary amount
  • 100 grams Cotija cheese, grated

Preparation

Before serving: Fry banana slices until golden brown and put on absorbent paper.
In a casserole, mix the Mole Negro Almendrado with the water and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until it has the consistency of light gruel. Get out of the fire.
To serve: Stir fry the tortillas one by one.
Pass each tortilla through the hot mole and fill them with banana ovals, fold them and place them in a dish.
