Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 tomatoes for the sauce
  • 3 Serrano cpeppers for the sauce
  • 1/2 onion for the sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 12 Corn tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups of vegetable oil
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • enough of lettuce or chopped cabbage
  • enough of sour cream
  • enough of fresh cheese grated

Preparation

In a comal, roast the tomatoes, serrano pepper, onion and garlic. Blend for 3 minutes.
In a pot over high heat, heat the oil and fry the sauce, let cook 5 minutes. Season and reserve.
In a pot with water, cook the chicken with the onion and garlic for 20 minutes; then crumble it and reserve.
Assemble the tacos with the chicken and in a deep pan, heat the oil over medium heat; Fry the tacos for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve and decorate with sauce, lettuce or cabbage, cream and cheese.

PRESENTATION
