  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups curd
  • 1/4 cups epazote
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 10 tortillas
  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander
  • 2 habanero peppers, roast
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/2 cups Cotija cheese, fallen apart
  • 1/2 cups red onion
  • bean, To accompany

Preparation

In a pan heat the oil, add the onion, garlic, cottage cheese and epazote, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.
Fill the tortillas with the cottage cheese, form tacos and fry.
For the avocado sauce, blend the avocado, lemon juice, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, cilantro, habanero pepper, salt and pepper.
