Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon salt, (for the chicken)
  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes, (for the sauce)
  • 1/4 onions, (for the sauce)
  • 1 clove garlic, (for the sauce)
  • 3 chipotle chilies, ( for the sauce)
  • 1 cup chicken soup, (for the sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce, washed, cleaned and dried
  • 1/2 avocados, in cubes
  • 1 cup panela cheese, grated (to decorate)

Preparation

In a pot, cook the chicken with the salt. Chill and crumble. Set aside.
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients with the chicken broth for 3 minutes.
In a pot, heat the oil over medium heat and add the sauce and the rest of the broth. Let it boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until it thickens. Season and incorporate the chicken and cook two more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with cheese and cream.

TIPS

You can make them green or red and with different fillings.
