Enchiladas with Red Salsa and Chicken

The enchiladas are a very traditional Mexican dish, this recipe of chicken enchiladas in red sauce is not the exception with its delicious wide chili sauce, guajillo chile accompanied by cream and cheese, they are ideal for breakfast. What are you waiting to prepare them?

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 pieces of tomato
  • 1 piece of ancho chili pepper deveined and soaked
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chili pepper deveined and soaked
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 pieces of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • 1 Cup of oil to fry
  • 12 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups of chicken breast cooked and shucked
  • 1/2 Cup of cream To accompany
  • 1/2 Cup of cheese To accompany
  • 1 Cup of lettuce To accompany
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion to accompany, cut into slices

    Preparation

    Blend tomatoes, broad chili, guajillo chili, onion, garlic, black pepper, and chicken broth.
    Heat the oil over medium heat, pour the previous sauce, season with salt and oregano, cook for 10 minutes.
    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, lightly fry the tortillas on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
    Fill tortillas with chicken, fold in half.
    Place the enchiladas on a plate and bathe with the hot sauce
    Accompany the enchiladas with cream, cheese, lettuce and onion.

    PRESENTATION

    On an extended plate, accompanied by cream, cheese, lettuce and onion.

    TIPS

    If you want a more picosito flavor, you can substitute guajillo chile for chile de árbol.
