Golden Beef Tacos in Salsa Verde

This version of golden tacos stuffed with beef has a different flavor for the sauce, to prepare them you can take advantage of that meat that was left over from some other dish of the week and making the green sauce will not take you more than 10 minutes. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 green tomatoes
  • 4 serrano peppers
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • to taste salt
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 4 cups flank steak, cooked and shredded
  • tortillas
  • enough vegetal oil
  • to taste cream
  • enough Cotija cheese, cool
  • enough onion, filleted
  • enough tomtato, diced guys
  • leaves coriander

Preparation

For the sauce, roast the onion, garlic, tomatoes and serrano pepper; Grind the ingredients with beef broth and salt. Reserve and save a little for the time to serve them.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and cook the beef with the green sauce for 10 to 15 minutes at high temperature, until the sauce is reduced.
For the tacos, fill the tortillas with the meat and roll up; Fry in plenty of oil for 5 minutes.
Serve the tacos with the sauce you reserved, decorate with cream, cheese, purple onion, tomato and cilantro.

TIPS

The meat should be moist, but not hot, since it would soak the tortilla too much; stick the tacos with chopsticks so that they maintain their shape while frying; Heat the sauce that you set aside for the tacos and rectify seasoning.
