Preparation
Heat your tortillas so that they are easy to handle and do not break, put ham and cheese to form the taco but leave about two inches around the tortilla without filling so that it does not come out when forming your taco.
Some use chopsticks so that the taco does not lose its shape but I put them in place and then I put them in the refrigerator so that they stand firm and do not fall apart, they also get more golden for some reason.
Fry them in hot oil and take them out before they burn.
