Preparation
Soak the totomoxtle (corn husks) in hot water.
Accrete the two butters.
Mix the flour with the salt and the cold chicken broth.
Add the dough to the butter mixture little by little.
Cook the chicken and crumble it.
For the sauce: roast the tomatoes, garlic, onion and green chilies. Blend these ingredients perfectly well.
Form the tamales filling with chicken and a little of the green sauce. Steam tamales for 50-60 min. or until they are well cooked.
