We present a classic recipe of Mexican cuisine, flutes stuffed with cheese. This preparation has a slight change that makes them even more delicious, the secret is the unequaled flavor of Hummus Obela®. The combination is perfect, thanks to the flavor of the tortilla, cheese and hummus. And the best thing is that they are baked and not fried.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2/3 cups Hummus Obela®, Classic
  • 4 tablespoons Cotija cheese
  • cooking spray oils, necessary amount
  • 3 tablespoons light cream
  • 1 cup Italian lettuce, washed, disinfected and filleted.
  • 1/4 onions, in julianas
  • 1 tomtato, in cubes guys
  • spicy red sauces, to taste

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes.
Lightly heat the tortillas to prevent them from breaking and place them on your work surface. Place Hummus Obela® Classic and Cotija cheese at one end of each tortilla. Roll them together to form the flutes and fix with chopsticks.
Place them in a tray, sprinkle with a little cooking spray and bake 10 to 12 minutes, until crisp.
Serve the flutes out of the oven and decorate with the rest of the ingredients.
