Boil the ancho peppers in a half liter of water, since they are soft add the tomatoes. These should be soft at the end of cooking. In a pressure cooker add the oil and place the steaks in the shape of a bed; add a pinch of salt between each of the steaks, cook for 5 minutes and reserve.
