Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo beef milanesa, or pig
  • 3 guajillo chilies
  • 1 bar achiote
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 2 garlic
  • 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dried oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 pineapples, in cubes
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 1 twig fresh coriander

Preparation

Take your meat and cut it into pieces, and place it in a clean container, add salt, pepper, soy sauce and if you can a little garlic powder, this is optional.and let stand for about half an hour.
In a frying pan, add a little oil and fry the previously deveined guajillo chiles, only until they change a little color, the onions until they turn brown and soften and the garlic cloves. Place the above in the blender, along with the vinegar, the orange juice, the marinade and the oregano and blend perfectly until all the ingredients are disintegrated.
Pour the mixture over the meat and stir well, until all the meat is covered. and let stand 30 minutes again in a refrigerator or refrigerator.
In a clean frying pan, add a little oil and put the meat to fry, stirring constantly, when the meat is 3/4 of its cooking, add the pineapple in pieces and the onion filleted, until the meat is perfectly cooked.
Remove from heat, serve hot and sprinkle over finely chopped cilantro.

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish you can place the meat, with chopped cilantro accompanied by green sauce or macha, lemon halves, some radishes to taste or individually to make tacos.

TIPS

You can fry the pineapple in cubes and the sliced ​​onion in separate sections, so as not to mix them until serving time.
