Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes.
Cut the bread into halves, spread them with Hummus Obela® Chipotle and place a slice of panela cheese on top. Varnish the cheese with olive oil and place the muffins in a tray.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese browns lightly.
Heat a frying pan and cook the chorizo until crispy. Drain most of the fat and put the chorizo in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Serve the muffins out of the oven and enjoy the chorizo mixture. Yummy!
