Delicious mini baked muffins with Hummus Obela®, where the hummus and the ingredients of the preparation combine perfectly. Both the youngest members and the largest members of the family will love this recipe.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 Mexican telera rolls , mini
  • 1/2 cups Hummus Obela®, Chipotle
  • 8 slices panela cheese, girls and thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups sausage, firm, in cubes guys.
  • 1/4 cups red onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, washed, disinfected and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ground black peppers, a pinch

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes.
Cut the bread into halves, spread them with Hummus Obela® Chipotle and place a slice of panela cheese on top. Varnish the cheese with olive oil and place the muffins in a tray.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese browns lightly.
Heat a frying pan and cook the chorizo ​​until crispy. Drain most of the fat and put the chorizo ​​in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Serve the muffins out of the oven and enjoy the chorizo ​​mixture. Yummy!

PRESENTATION

Serve them in a tray or on a napkin.

TIPS

In case you do not get mini-beams, you can replace the beams with integral bread.
