Preparation
Peel and cut into slices the xoconostle.
Cut the pumpkin into sticks.
Remove the corn husk and cut into three.
Cut the ends of the green beans.
Soak the hot peppers in hot water.
Blend the chiles with water, garlic, onion, pepper and salt.
In the express pot, add water, meat, corn, xoconostle and sauce.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add the pumpkin, the green beans and the epazote heat for 20 more minutes. Serve hot.
