  • 1/2 cups cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg

  • 3 dehydrated tomato oils
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups coriander
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chili

Finely chop the mushrooms and mix them in a bowl with the fresh cheese, the cornstarch, the cream, the egg, the garlic powder, the nutmeg and the salt.
Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, coriander, chipotle and vegetable broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
