Although chalupas can carry chicken, pork, beef or potatoes, this natural version is also very popular. With this chalupitas recipe, this poblano appetizer is simple but delicious and is only accompanied with Don Danny Herdez® sauce, cream and onion, so you will love its flavor. A trick to give more flavor to these natural chalupitas is that you can hydrate the dough with chicken broth, instead of water.
