  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, for the salad
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the salad

  • 1 cup refried beans, for sopes
  • enough panela cheese, diced for sopes
  • enough avocado, to decorate
  • enough fresh coriander, to decorate
  • enough red sauce, To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl, place the nopales and the grain salt, mix with the help of a spoon and let stand for 15 minutes or until the cactus changes color. Rinse and reserve.
