Prepare a nutritious dish in a completely different and unexpected way with this soup recipe with nopal salad and chicken. With this dish you can take advantage of cooked chicken from other stews and the broth can be used for soups and other foods. These sopes are very yielding, and they are nutritiously a complete dish.   • 1 tablespoon of oregano for the salad

  • 1 Cup of refried beans for sopes
  • enough of Panela cheese diced for sopes
  • enough of avocado to decorate
  • enough of coriander to decorate
  • enough of red sauce To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl, place the nopales and the grain salt, mix with the help of a spoon and let stand for 15 minutes or until the cactus changes color. Rinse and reserve.
For the dough, with the help of your hands form small tortillas of ½ centimeter thick. In a hot griddle, cook the tortillas on both sides. Pinch the edges of the tortilla still hot to form a sope and reserve.
