Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups Oatmeal Quaker® Old Fashioned
  • enough Water, hot
  • 10 green tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1/2 cups coriander
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cups jocoque
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups red onion

Preparation

For the oatmeal dough, blend the Quaker® Oatmeal until powdery.
Mix the Quaker® Oatmeal with the water until it forms a dough.
Roll out the dough on a surface and make triangular cuts on a baking sheet, bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes, or until crisp. Reservation.
For the sauce, boil the tomatoes, onion, chilies, and garlic until they change color. Blend with the chicken broth, coriander, salt, pepper and cumin.
Cook the sauce in a saucepan for 8 minutes, rectify seasoning.
Serve the oat tortilla chips, bathe with the sauce and decorate with the jocoque, the panela cheese and the red onion.

PRESENTATION

Serve and garnish with avocado and red onion.

TIPS

If you feel that your tortillas are cracking, it is because the dough lacks water.
