Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 potatoes, medium, peeled
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, in small cubes
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • Oil Oleic®, the necessary
  • 1 kilo corn tortilla
  • 1/4 cups cream
  • panela cheese, grated
  • 1/4 lettuce, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until tender
In a large bowl, place the potatoes, cheese in cubes, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Crush everything with a fork or a step and mix well. Reserve.
Place the Oleic oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Place 1 tablespoon of the mashed potato preparation in a tortilla and roll up. Place the tortilla carefully on the hot oil, with the union facing down. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Remove from heat and place on a plate covered with paper napkins to absorb excess oil.
Serve with cream to taste, lettuce and grated cheese
