Preparation
Boil the corn until it burst completely.
On a kitchen flannel, put the spices on the garlic, the onions and then tie everything and make it as a small piece of bread and put it on the corn that is cooking.
When the corn is cooked put the meat, wait for it to cook and add salt.
Cook the chilies and liquefy them with the achiote, empty them to the corn and the meat.
Once everything is cooked, remove the meat and discard it.
Serve the pozole with its accompaniments.
