This recipe is very rich in the combination of bread stuffed with avocado and the delicious guajillo sauce. It is recommended to use oleic oil, you can fill with chicken meat one of my favorite recipes I love without frying the bread.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 breads, for flip flops
  • 1 onion
  • 4 avocados
  • 600 grams longaniza sausage
  • 500 grams tomtato
  • 150 grams guajillo chili
  • 2 ancho chili peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 leave avocado
  • 3 tablespoons Oil Oleic®
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

First we start with boiling the chiles, apart from boiling the tomatoes, liquefying the chilies, the tomato with the spices, the garlic and half an onion to strain and reserve.
Put a pan with the oil to heat and add the sausage until it disintegrates and is stir-fried, add the liquefied sauce, season with salt and pepper and the avocado leaf cook for 5 minutes.
Open the flip-flops and fill with slices of avocado, reserve an avocado for garnish and onion. Bathe them with the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Decorate coon slices of avocado, onion rings and lettuce leaves

TIPS

It is recommended to wash the flip flops with the freshly boiled sauce. better flavor and textures you can fill with meat of your choice beef, pork or chicken. if you want you can fry the bread
