Preparation
Blanch the huazontles in boiling water with a fist of sea salt.
Clean the branches of the huazontles from top to bottom.
Roast the tomatoes, garlic and onions in a comal.
Remove seeds and veins from chiles.
Hydrate the chilli in hot water.
Blend the roasted vegetables and the chiles.
Fry the sauce and season to taste.
Add the huazontle when the sauce begins to boil.
Heat a Tortillina® Tía Rosa® Whole Grains on a comal.
Add a spoonful of the huazontles stew and some cottage cheese.
Fold half and heat the other side.
