Ingredients

  • 1 piece of plantain ripe, for the dough

  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredding

    Preparation

    Cook the banana with peel at medium heat. Peel and reserve.

    For the mole, heat the chicken broth, add the mole of pasta, the table chocolate and cook for 15 minutes without stopping to move until it has a smooth consistency. Rectify seasoning.

    TIPS
