Preparation
Roast the chiles directly in the flame. Once they are black introduce them in a bag. Remove the skin, open them at one end and remove the veins and seeds. Cut them into strips.
Fry the onions and simmer, once they change color, add the chilies (previously cut in julienne).
Add the breast (previously cut into cubes) to the onion and chili preparation. Add the cream and season with the chicken consome.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the slices, rectify the seasoning.
Serve and enjoy with freshly made tortillas.
