Preparation
Mix garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, white vinegar and paprika to marinate the sausage cut into slices.
Cut the banana into slices, fry it in a pan previously heated with the olive oil, once fried, remove and drain.
Cut the purple onion into strips and fry them in the same pan.
Add the mini mushrooms and the previously marinated sausage, pour the 20 grams of ketchup, mix also adding the Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce, add the previously fried male banana and mix over low heat to integrate the ingredients.
Turn off and let stand with the skillet covered for about a minute, then place.
