Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package FUD® Turkey Sausage Care-t +, 500g, (17.6 oz) cut into slices
  • 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, cut in half moons, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups chilli powder, or dried chile powder
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomtato, cut in julienne
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • enough fried or toasted corn tortilla, for serving
  • enough lemon, for serving

Preparation

On a cutting board cut your sliced FUD® turkey sausages, place them in a bowl and mix with the red onion, cucumber, lemon juice, chili powder, cilantro, tomato, salt and pepper. Marinate 15 minutes.
Serve with avocado and accompany with toast and more lime, enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with avocado cubes.

TIPS

You can prepare it in advance so that the sausage has more flavor because of the marinade time.
