Surely the combination of sausage with a spicy touch is one of your favorites, and that's why we prepared this recipe for Spicy Red Aguachile with Sausage, an ideal meal option for Lent. Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of FUD® Turkey Sausage Care-t + 500g, (17.6 oz) cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 piece of cucumber cut in half moons, peeled and seeded
  • 1 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of chilli powder or dried chile powder
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of tomato cut in julienne
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 1 piece of avocado cut into cubes
  • enough of fried or toasted corn tortilla for serving
  • enough of green lemon for serving

    Preparation

    On a cutting board cut your sliced FUD® turkey sausages, place them in a bowl and mix with the red onion, cucumber, lemon juice, chili powder, cilantro, tomato, salt and pepper. Marinate 15 minutes.
    Serve with avocado and accompany with toast and more lime, enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with avocado cubes.

    TIPS

    You can prepare it in advance so that the sausage has more flavor because of the marinade time.
