Preparation
Prepare the mole: In a pot heat the mole and the broth or water. Stir with a balloon whisk so that the mole is incorporated into the broth. When it begins to boil and the mole is completely dissolved in the broth, turn off. Do not let it thicken because otherwise, the sauce is very dry for eggs.
