Delicious Mexican recipe, perfect for hot days or for the season of Lent. Stuffed zucchini is a very tasty preparation, especially if you use the zucchini ball. Apart from its flavor, it is a very healthy dish.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 9 zucchini, ball
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • oaxaca cheese, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Steam the pumpkins and take out the heart with a spoon taking care of the bottom that does not break.
Place a little oil in a pan and mix the heart of the zucchini with chopped sausage and garlic.
In the blender put the tomato, garlic and onion. Fry, season and reserve.
Fill the zucchini with the sausage and put them in a refractory. Put cheese on top.
Bake 15 minutes, and that's it!
