Looking for recipes of typical Mexican foods I realized that this is a very consumed but unpopular food so here I leave a very basic but delicious recipe to prepare the stuffed, moronga, blood sausage, brown (sausage based pig blood).

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 250 blood sausage rice
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • salt, to taste
  • vegetal oil, necessary amount

Preparation

Cut the onion finely into small squares, uncover and cut the chilies into small squares, cut slices from the 1.5cm wide filling.
Fry the onion and chili until they change color, add the black pudding and fry until cooked, you can remove the contents of the gut if you do not like the gut and so it will cook faster, add salt and chopped cilantro to accompany.

PRESENTATION

There are many varieties of stuffed or black pudding so experiment to find out which one you like the most

TIPS

Add rice to make a much more substantial garnish.
