Preparation
Season the beans in a pan with oil. Mash them until mashed.
Mix the dough with the butter.
Take a little dough and form a ball. Flatten with your hands forming an omelet.
Fill the tortilla with 2 tablespoons of beans and close as if it were a quesadilla. Then it gives the oval shape of the tlacoyo.
In a comal with hot oil fry the tlacoyos on both sides, turning them 2 or 3 times. Drain them on paper towels.
To serve them add fresh crumbled cheese and green or red sauce.
