There is no better Mexican appetizer than a delicious tlacoyo stuffed with black beans, learn to prepare them at home, they are ideal for breakfast or dinner, you can accompany them with the sauce of your choice.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo corn dough
  • 1 cup lard
  • Oil Oleic®, necessary amount
  • 1/2 kilos black bean, Cooked
  • salt, to taste
  • 1/2 packages panela cheese, fallen apart
  • 1 cup green sauce

Preparation

Season the beans in a pan with oil. Mash them until mashed.
Mix the dough with the butter.
Take a little dough and form a ball. Flatten with your hands forming an omelet.
Fill the tortilla with 2 tablespoons of beans and close as if it were a quesadilla. Then it gives the oval shape of the tlacoyo.
In a comal with hot oil fry the tlacoyos on both sides, turning them 2 or 3 times. Drain them on paper towels.
To serve them add fresh crumbled cheese and green or red sauce.
