Preparation
Blend achiote with orange juice, lemon, salt, pepper and marinate steaks.
Leave the biscotces marinating while you liquefy the tomatoes, the onion, the pepper and the salt.
Roast the steaks in a pan with a little oil, and then grind them with a food processor.
In a saucepan sauté the mixture of tomato, pepper and onion, and then add the ground meat. Leave in the fire at low heat until it dries, moving constantly and uncovered.
While the meat is done, fry the bananas.
Serve on toast with refried beans, cream and cheese, and garnish with the fried plantains. You can put sauce to taste.
