Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of flank steak precooked and crumbled
  • 1 sheet of dry laurel
  • 500 grams of roma tomato
  • 2 pieces of White onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 spoonfuls of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 4 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • whole black peppers to taste

    Preparation

    Slice the onion in julienne, cut the garlic into slices.
    In a comal, toast the tomatoes, looking for them to brown evenly on all sides (for this, you have to constantly change their position). Once the skin is black, remove them from the heat and place them in a blender. Add the chipotle pepper, salt and pepper. Grind until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
    To a pot add oil, add the onion. Once the onion looks transparent, add the tomato sauce and the sliced ​​jo. Cook for 20 minutes, if necessary, add a glass of water so that the preparation does not dry out too much.
    Add the meat and cook for 10 more minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    You can present them on toast or in a pot so that everyone can make their own tacos.

    En verdad tómense el tiempo de asar los jitomates, le da un sabor particular y delicioso. Para más capas de sabor yo agregué un poco (1/4 cdita. aprox.) de orégano y tomillo a la salsa.
