Preparation
Salpimienta the fish on both sides. Reserve in the refrigerator until you use it.
Cut the onion in a pen. Slice the garlic into slices. Reservation.
Heat a pot with water. To the tomatoes, remove the peduncle with the help of a knife. From the other end, cut a cross in the fruit's shell, so that it is easier to remove the skin. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for three minutes, remove them and immerse them in ice water. Wait a minute and remove them from the water. With your hand, remove the skin.
Cut the tomatoes into small squares.
Slice the olives.
Add olive oil to a pan. Fry the onion, once it is transparent, add the tomato and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes, turn off the pan and add the capers, olives and green peppers.
Cut a piece of aluminum foil from the double of the fish fillet. Grease the paper by the brightest part. Place the steak on top of this and add a bit of the sauce you prepared. Close the aluminum foil well. Repeat this step with all the steaks.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
