Ingredients

12 portions

  • 3 cloves
  • 4 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 2 Mexican french bread rolls, sliced ​​and fried
  • 1 1/2 onions
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 2 chocolate bars

Preparation

Soak the chiles in hot water and grind them with the garlic, bay leaf sesame, cloves, fat peppers, cinnamon, onion, fried bolillo, chocolate and the golden tortilla, until they form a paste.
Boil the chicken until well cooked.
