The Wellington steak is a classic recipe of English cuisine, now here´s a version of ingredients such as mushrooms, spinach, walnuts and almonds, which together balance a perfect combination of flavor.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400°F).
Fry the onion and the garlic in olive oil. Add the pecans and the almonds. Add the spinach and the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and thyme and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables bulk of their water.
To assemble the Wellington, lay out a piece of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut to form a rectangle of 8x12 inches. Add the filling in half the rectangle, brush the corners with egg and close. Brush the outside with egg and decorate with puff pastry.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy.
