We leave them some succulent fried palmeritas, they are super rich and crunchy. Prepare them at home and share them with everyone. They will love it.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1/2 kilos flour
  • 100 grams lard
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 lemons, just the zest
  • 1 cup sugar
  • enough oil, to fry

Preparation

Prepare the dough by mixing the flour with the butter forming a type of sand, then add the eggs and milk, mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Then stretch the dough finely with a rolling pin and have already prepared the grated lemons mixed with the sugar rate, spread well and then start to roll one side in half. Repeat the same with the other half, cut fine and fried in the hot fat.
Drain on kitchen paper.
