Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 poblano peppers
  • 750 milliliters chicken soup
  • 1 cup black bean, rehash
  • 1 package noodle pasta
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups cheese, fallen apart

Preparation

Roast and peel the peppers, being careful not to break them.
Cut the chili on one side and devein carefully.
Rinse the chiles and reserve.
Blend the chicken broth with the beans, season.
Fry the noodle in a stream of oil to brown lightly.
Add the chicken and bean broth to the noodle, let it reduce for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.
Let the noodle cool and see that it is dry.
Fill the chiles with the noodle
Decorate with cream and cheese to taste.
