Ground Beef and Easy Cheese Lasagna

A classic lasagna recipe with Bolognese meat and béchamel sauce is full of flavor and made with delicious layers of meat, sauce and cheese. Lasagna is a complete dish and you can accompany it with a light garnish, such as a salad, and a glass of wine. So you could make a simple and romantic dinner or perfect for a meeting or special occasion with family or friends.

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, diced guys
  • 1 cup tomtato, diced guys
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups Red wine
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons White pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • to taste salt
  • enough pasta for lasagna
  • enough Water
  • to taste salt
  • enough manchego cheese, in sheets


For the meat, heat olive oil in a pan at medium temperature and add the onion, garlic, celery, carrot, tomato and beef; add red wine, tomato puree, thyme, oregano, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper; cook for 20 minutes until the liquid evaporates. Reservation.
For the béchamel, in a pot at medium temperature, melt the butter and add the flour, brown for a few minutes and add the milk; Season with white pepper, salt and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes until it thickens and reserves.
For the pasta, heat the water in a pot until it boils, add enough salt and cook the pasta sheets for 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.
To assemble the lasagna, place a layer of pasta, one of bechamel sauce, one of meat and one of cheese, repeat the steps until filling the mold, finish with a layer of cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Cut and serve.


The pasta is finished baking in the oven, so you only need to pre-cook it for 5 minutes in water.
