  • 2 branches fresh basil leaf
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 3 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1/2 cups English sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package lasagna pasta, La Moderna®
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, and it can also be mozzarella or parmesan.


The oven is preheated to 150 ° C.
In a pot saute a little of the garlic with olive oil, add the onion and continue to soften until transparent. Add the tomatoes and then the peppers, a little oregano and a pinch of salt and let it fry to season and cook.
