Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Add oil to a pan and add the onion, tomato, chile serrano, tuna, salt and pepper.
Add the cooked and hot pasta to a bowl. Add the cream cheese and mix perfectly.
Add salt, pepper, thyme. Mix very well.
Add the cheddar cheese and mix.
Add the Parmesan cheese and finish mixing.
Form in a removable 30 cm cake mold a layer of coditos and a layer with the tuna mixture, ends with a layer of coditos and a bit of cheddar cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Remove the belt from the mold and sprinkle with the parsley.
