Preparation
In a pot over low heat sauté the onion in butter. Add the garlic and asparagus and cook 3 minutes. Add the flour and beat mixture, let it take a little color.
Add the milk and let it boil. Cook 30 minutes on low heat or until thick, continuing to move. Add the cheese and season. Chill
Blend the sauce for 5 minutes until it is smooth and homogeneous. Reservation.
In a pot with boiling water, cook the ravioli according to the package. Cuela.
Serve the ravioli with the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
