This delicious dish of ravioli in creamy asparagus sauce will not only make you lick your fingers, but you will remain as an excellent cook with your friends. Prepare it for dinner time.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of asparagus chopped
  • 6 spoonfuls of flour
  • 1 liter of milk cool
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of White pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 packages of ravioli (250 gc / u)
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pot over low heat sauté the onion in butter. Add the garlic and asparagus and cook 3 minutes. Add the flour and beat mixture, let it take a little color.
    Add the milk and let it boil. Cook 30 minutes on low heat or until thick, continuing to move. Add the cheese and season. Chill
    Blend the sauce for 5 minutes until it is smooth and homogeneous. Reservation.
    In a pot with boiling water, cook the ravioli according to the package. Cuela.
    Serve the ravioli with the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with Parmesan cheese and accompany with white wine.

    TIPS

    You can leave the sauce without liquefying and cut the asparagus finely, decorate with the tips.
